What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead project management efforts for systems integration, configuration management, and quality assurance testing
• Oversee acquisition and resource management for military weapon systems and associated support systems
• Coordinate tasking and support for Future Systems related to Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems
• Manage team activities to ensure compliance with customer-related requirements
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Science, Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or Accounting plus 14 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus 10 years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years additional work experience may substitute for a master’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with the Navy or other DoD activities related to Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in project management within military or defense sectors
• Familiarity with systems integration and quality assurance testing processes
• Knowledge of resource management and acquisition for defense contracts
