  Project Manager Assistant Project Manager | One Production Holding Limited | China

  Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage residential fit-out, kitchen cabinet and FF&E projects, ensuring progress, quality, cost control, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, factories, and subcontractors for material procurement, order tracking, timely deliveries, and installation etc.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Supervise site activities, ensuring clear communication among client representatives, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict compliance with contractual requirements throughout construction activities.

  Requirements:

  • High-diploma or above in Building Studies, Construction Management, Architecture, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 8 years of solid experience in kitchen cabinet, residential, office, and hotel fit-out projects.
  • Proficient in large-scale kitchen cabinet procedures and familiar with contractual documents.
  • Proficient in PC knowledge, MS Application. Knowledge in AutoCAD is preferable.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator position
