Project Manager Business Capability (Remote)

As a Project Manager within our Generative AI Program, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, maintaining alignment with goals and timelines, and fostering collaboration across internal teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Facilitate project activities to ensure they align with program objectives and timelines
• Collaborate closely with internal IT teams and stakeholders across the Research organization
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication channels
• Navigate ambiguity and changing priorities while focusing on project outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones effectively

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management, ideally within pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and driving them to completion
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools is advantageous
• Experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI models is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Proficiency in creating compelling presentations using PowerPoint

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Life Sciences, or related field

Additional Information

• This is a 6-month contract role that offers flexibility for remote work, with potential travel based on business needs
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Confluence, Jira) is desirable
