What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Create and develop Project Management Plans for Capital Improvement Projects
• Prepare periodic project progress reports and analyze project schedules
• Establish effective communication with project team members regarding project status
• Manage project financial information and analyze trends comparing budget against actual data
• Assist management with implementing change management strategies and maintaining project records

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related fields
• 5+ years of professional experience in construction, project management, or electric vehicle infrastructure
• Valid driver’s license with successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in energy efficiency, electric vehicles, or energy-related projects
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key market players
• Broad knowledge of construction practices and management policies
• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Project
• Experience in process documentation and creating process flow charts
