What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Create and develop Project Management Plans for Capital Improvement Projects
• Prepare and analyze Periodic Project Progress Reports
• Manage project schedules and establish effective communication with team members
• Gather and analyze project financial information and trends
• Assist in implementing change management strategies and maintain project records

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related disciplines (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of professional experience in construction, project management, or electric vehicle infrastructure
• Valid driver’s license and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in Energy Efficiency, electric vehicles, or energy-related projects
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key market players in the commercial sector
• Broad knowledge of Construction Practices and Construction Management policies
