Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager Marketing Virtual Assistant to help oversee and coordinate marketing projects, manage communication between specialist team members, and ensure efficient execution of marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various marketing disciplines (PPC, SEO, CRM, Email Marketing, etc.) and will serve as the key link between marketing specialists and the executive team. This role involves managing project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and summarizing reports and insights from specialists. This role requires someone who is adaptable, a quick decision-maker, and can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Coordinate between team members(e.g., PPC specialists, SEO specialists, content creators) to facilitate smooth
- execution.
- Report Review & Communication: Attend meetings with specialist team members to review reports and results (PPC, SEO, CRM, etc.), then translate findings into clear summaries and actionable insights for leadership.
- Marketing Coordination: Help organize marketing campaigns and strategies across various platforms (PPC, social media, SEO, email marketing). Assist in aligning marketing efforts with business goals.
- Task Management: Manage task workflows in project management tools, assign responsibilities, track progress, and ensure accountability within the team.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the key communication point between marketing specialists and management. Ensure smooth coordination and relay important updates, performance metrics, and challenges.
- Quality Assurance: Review work outputs from marketing specialists to ensure they meet company standards before presenting to management.
- Process Optimization: Assist in streamlining marketing processes, identifying areas for efficiency improvements, and implementing best practices for project
- management and communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Marketing Virtual Assistant with a focus on digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of various marketing disciplines (PPC, SEO, CRM, social media, content marketing).
- Ability to read and understand marketing performance reports and provide high-level summaries.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in using project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and coordinating with team members.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data from marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable with technology and able to assist in technical marketing tasks (e.g., setting up tracking codes, managing tools like Google Analytics, etc.).
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in digital marketing strategy across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email marketing).
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and CRM systems.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.) and ability to derive insights from data.

- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in addressing project roadblocks.
- Excellent communicator who can bridge technical marketing insights with business strategy.
