What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage multiple mid-level complexity projects across the country
• Support project stakeholders with day-to-day activities and communication
• Create and maintain project schedules, setting clear expectations for product release dates
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve project issues
• Develop risk mitigation plans to address potential project challenges

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• BS/BA in engineering, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Low Voltage Products/Digital Products
• Experience with software tools such as COMPAS, SAP, and Tableau
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Strong organizational skills for managing critical project documents

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• BS in engineering
• Experience working with distributors and in construction
• PMI-PMP certification or equivalent
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills in Low Voltage Electrical Systems products
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills
