- In this position, you will provide both local and global project management support.
- Knowledge and understanding of full SDLC, PDLC, and agile project management methodologies
ROLE
- As a Project Manager within the Technology Experience organization, you will work horizontally across the different verticals of the business (product, support, etc.), and provide strong organizing and accountability management to many of the Technology Experience organizations essential efforts. These efforts include but are not limited to support intake evolution, identity and access optimization. You will also be required to be a great communicator, storyteller, and advocate who can consult with a wide breadth of groups across many regions. You will partner closely with different teams and leaders to understand the scope of the project and working team and provide in-depth
- analysis around scope and timelines, help create a structure for strategic execution, assist the informed captain over the effort in prioritizing based on impact, draft memos, and ensure tactics are delivered on time for any project.
- You will play a supporting role in the Technology Experience organization. You will help coordinate the roadmap, communicate the strategies and resources the team uses to manage essential efforts, and help track core KPIs to measure the success of the organization.
