What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage multiple projects across the country, ensuring successful execution and delivery
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve project-related issues
• Create and maintain project schedules, setting expectations for product release dates
• Provide financial invoice summaries and reconciliation support at project completion
• Develop risk mitigation plans to preempt potential project challenges

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• BS/BA in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the application and concepts of Low Voltage Products
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills for managing critical project documentation

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with COMPAS, SAP, and exposure to Tableau
• Previous experience working with distributors and in construction environments
• PMI-PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Familiarity with Low Voltage Electrical Systems products
