Position: Project Manager

Duration: 12 Months plus

Location: Remote

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in performing social science research or data analysis work or five (5) years of experience in software development.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience serving as a project manager or in an equivalent position overseeing and executing complex government contracts.
• Must have at least five (5) years experience on projects related to employee benefits (e.g., pension, health plans, Form 5500).
• Must have a working knowledge of SAS and Microsoft Excel and/or experience with programming for software or applications.
• Must have experience presenting material to groups of stakeholders with a mix of technical expertise.

Primary Duties

• Communicate between the Contractor and the Federal government, coordinate through the COR, and successful management of the project as a whole are essential to the success of this project.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, projects, and schedules. Ensure the completion of administrative tasks related to the security of data, building and network access, required training, invoice submissions, etc.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Participating in data analysis and review of deliverables.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor s or higher degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or IT.

Compensation for roles at Beacon Systems Inc depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
