- Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across various projects
- Manage complex projects through the full life cycle, including scope, schedule, and budget management
- Develop and maintain comprehensive internal project documentation, such as project plans and risk logs
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports summarizing project status, financial position, and risks
- Facilitate multidisciplinary teams, including consultants and subcontractors, to execute project work
- Ensure project adherence to data privacy, security, and contractual requirements
- Minimum of a BA/BS degree in a relevant field (business, economics, management, or public policy)
- At least 3 years of experience in a high-intensity project management environment
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Strong organizational, planning, and numerical skills
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience with project management concepts and the PMBOK framework
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing business development opportunities, such as proposals and contract modifications
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Confluence, Jira, Mural, and Trello
