What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage complex projects through the full life cycle, including scope, schedule, and budget management
• Develop and maintain comprehensive internal project documentation, such as project plans and risk logs
• Prepare and analyze monthly reports summarizing project status, financial position, and risks
• Facilitate multidisciplinary teams, including consultants and subcontractors, to execute project work
• Ensure project adherence to data privacy, security, and contractual requirements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of a BA/BS degree in a relevant field (business, economics, management, or public policy)
• At least 3 years of experience in a high-intensity project management environment
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
• Strong organizational, planning, and numerical skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience with project management concepts and the PMBOK framework
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing business development opportunities, such as proposals and contract modifications
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Confluence, Jira, Mural, and Trello
