Project Manager Expert In Engineering And Cadd Services (Remote)

We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Engineering Application Services team in a remote capacity. In this 12-month contract position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Engineering Design and CADD Services team with essential project management responsibilities across a variety of technical projects. This position will involve the creation and enhancement of technical guidelines and workflows that are critical to improving engineering design and CADD processes, especially within transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Decompose complex technical projects into clearly defined, manageable tasks, ensuring precise scope and deliverables.
• Monitor and prioritize the progress of work items to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality, client-ready outputs.
• Create, document, and maintain CADD guidelines and workflows for department-wide application, supporting Bentley and other CADD systems.
• Collaborate with clients to synchronize business processes, ensuring smooth project advancement.
• Develop and present training materials, empowering stakeholders with the insights to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Maintain and update the project task register, ensuring comprehensive tracking of all project deliverables and adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with application development life cycles.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with engineering design processes and lifecycle business models is preferred.
• Understanding of AGILE development methodology for streamlined project execution is beneficial.
