Project Manager Facilites Management (Remote)

Job description / Role

Our client is a leading KSA based Facilities Management service provider. They have a portfolio of clients, in multiple industry sectors across the Kingdom. Currently they are seeking an Project Manager – PIF Project to join their team in Riyadh, KSA

– Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of Public Investment Fund (PIF) projects within the Facility Management sector.
– Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects within scope, time, and budget.
– Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with PIF and company objectives.
– Monitor project progress, address any issues or risks, and implement solutions to ensure timely project delivery.
– Conduct quality assurance and compliance checks, ensuring all aspects of the project adhere to industry standards and PIF regulations.
– Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project milestones, changes, and developments.
– Track and report on project performance, providing regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within Facility Management or similar sectors.
– Strong understanding of PIF standards and the Saudi Arabian market.
– Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
– Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project).
– Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
– PMP or similar certification is a plus.
