Our client seeks a skilled Project Manager (PM) to oversee field operations at designated project sites and manage the end-to-end project delivery process. The PM will ensure all project objectives are achieved within agreed timelines and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Responsibilities Of The Project Manager

• Manage labor resources, including subcontractor selection, billing approvals, and oversight of daily labor reporting accuracy.
• Define the Scope of Work (SOW), develop project plans, and analyze initial bids, ensuring a thorough re-bid process.
• Establish project budgets in collaboration with other departments and monitor adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to oversee safety protocols, timely material deliveries, and monitor adherence to quality standards, SOW, and schedule.
• Facilitate project debrief meetings with estimators, project foremen, superintendents, and managers to analyze project variances and outcomes.

Qualifications Of The Project Manager

• Essential: 7-10 years of experience in Commercial Carpentry.
• Proficiency in construction accounting software.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Preferred experience with QuickBid and On-Screen Takeoff.
• Supervisory experience managing Superintendents, Foremen, Field Carpenters, and Panel Installers.
