Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from the initial planning stage through to completion.
- Facilitate planning meetings with architects, engineers, and clients to establish project scope, timelines, and objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- Lead and inspire project teams, ensuring alignment and cooperation among subcontractors and internal staff.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their expectations are met with transparency and professionalism.
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates and proactively address challenges.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring costs remain within defined limits while upholding quality standards.
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively, resolving issues swiftly to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and local regulations.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors to guarantee timely deliveries and adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, and daily logs, while preparing regular updates for stakeholders.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships throughout all project phases, conducting post-completion reviews to gather feedback and identify improvements.

- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.

- Thorough understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, particularly with ground-up projects.
- A proven history of managing large-scale projects with values up to $10 million.
- Significant field experience is required.
