Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful implementation of diverse projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives.
• Oversee project tasks, managing milestones and rigorous deadlines.
• Provide virtual training and ongoing support to clients throughout the implementation process.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans and keep clients and senior management informed of progress.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and guide them in building their websites.
• Translate client goals into actionable objectives for the configuration team.
• Utilize project management tools to facilitate effective communication internally and with clients.

Required Skills

• Expertise in school enrollment processes, including admissions, enrollment, and billing cycles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• A proactive problem-solving mindset, adept at navigating challenges.
• Proven project management capabilities, with experience in managing schedules and deliverables.
• Technical knowledge of enrollment software and financial processes within schools is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing multifaceted projects within the education sector.
• A detail-oriented approach with the ability to balance competing priorities.
• Strong background in communications and client interactions.
• Relevant certifications in project management (PMP, etc.) are a plus.
