Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a variety of technology projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment of IT services with strategic business objectives.
- Engage with both internal and external teams to assess and adapt to evolving business demands, especially within End User Services (EUS).
- Establish and maintain security reporting systems for real-time compliance monitoring.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in information security and integrate new techniques to meet security objectives.
- Supervise critical monitoring functions for applications and infrastructure services, ensuring continuous reliability.
- Collaborate with the Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) to effectively respond to security alerts and incidents.
- Coordinate operational responses across IT groups for swift resolution of issues.
- Enhance IT services related to End User Support, Network Operations Center (NOC), and the Service Desk to improve user experience.
- Optimize request processes across IT domains to foster integration and service delivery for EUS and the Service Desk.
- Articulate a clear and ambitious vision for the team, promoting alignment within Infrastructure and Operations and with external partners.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring accountability and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and monitor key metrics with service providers to evaluate the impact of service delivery on business outcomes.
- Work with the Vendor Management Office to verify vendor performance and manage monthly payments.
- Oversee asset inventory and manage the internal budget for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and refine existing SLAs to boost vendor service delivery.
- Lead projects, managing resources, scope, budgets, timelines, and overall plans.
- Monitor industry best practices, providing strategic recommendations for EUS, NOC, and Service Desk operations.
- Represent IT during senior executive meetings, influencing strategic direction and aligning IT services with overarching business goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of work experience, including a minimum of 4 years in IT Infrastructure and Operations; or a Master’s degree with at least 5 years of work experience, including 2 years in IT Infrastructure and Operations.
