Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans that encompass resource allocation, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining transparent communication and managing expectations adeptly.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Lead cross-functional project teams by offering guidance and support, ensuring clarity on project objectives and responsibilities.
- Recognize potential project risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and address issues swiftly to prevent delays.
- Uphold quality assurance standards across all project teams at each phase of the project.
- Coordinate and obtain signoff from key stakeholders (clients, project teams, vendors) at specified project stage gates.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, intricate projects with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders, particularly in HR and IT.
- Strong understanding of HRIS platforms (e.g., Paycor, Paylocity, ADP, Workday, UKG, Kronos, SuccessFactors) and proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience utilizing project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Office, Asana, Monday.com).
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years of project management experience in a professional services, consulting, or a comparable setting.
- PMP Certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, each varying in complexity.
