Job Overview

We are in search of a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in supply chain technology to oversee intricate product development and implementation projects. This role will specifically focus on Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) and Order Promising (OP).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of multifaceted projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Utilize your knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies to enhance project workflows and boost team efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of projects concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks, addressing risks, and adjusting to evolving requirements.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and innovation, enabling team members to achieve their full potential.
• Assist development teams in the successful application of Blue Yonder ESP and OP solutions.

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of project management experience, particularly within supply chain systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Blue Yonder ESP and OP.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience managing teams across various geographic locations.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project Online).
• A strong inclination towards problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Proven track record in project management, specifically in supply chain technology environments.
