What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage client communications and expectations effectively
• Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, maintaining a trusted advisor role
• Define implementation projects, execute tasks, and monitor and report results
• Collaborate with Product Management to balance product vision and customer needs
• Present project statuses to the executive team and manage issues, risks, and changes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience successfully managing complex software projects, including client-facing projects
• Proven hands-on experience implementing SaaS and/or enterprise software applications
• Deep technology skill set including understanding of sFTP, APIs, file formats, and integrations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
