Your main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the group-wide HR Document Management & Digital Signatures project: You plan, organize and manage the rollout of our document management and digital signature solutions for the global HR organization.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop a project plan, including scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation. Define project timelines, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure timely completion. Coordinate project activities and resources to execute the plan effectively. Monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to gather system requirements and understand business needs. Translate requirements into system specifications and design solutions in collaboration with IT and vendor teams.
  • System Implementation: Coordinate the technical aspects of the implementation, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing systems.
  • Change Management and Adoption: Support organizational readiness for the system. Support the key stakeholder identification and development of communication and training strategies to ensure smooth transition and user acceptance.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans to minimize their impact. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • Proven experience in system implementation projects, preferred as project lead.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with document management systems or similar IT solutions is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Business fluent in English (German will be a big advantage).
