Your mission: Are you looking for a varied Project Manager’s role? Epson is recruiting for a dynamic PM to set Epson on its own HR transformation journey. Covering day-to-day activities of this pivotal role will see you lead, own, and oversee complex HR strategic change projects. The broader scope of this role entails establishing and embedding a governance and control framework to support the delivery of key strategic initiatives and present a clear vision of the HR projects roadmap. As flexibility is key to a modern contemporary lifestyle this position comes with three days WFH. What you will do: HR Project Governance Framework – establish and maintain a project delivery and governance framework to ensure a structured and prioritised approach to govern HR projects, including: Project planning and tracking methodologies Maintaining a project reporting dashboard to cover agreed KPIs including status updates, benefits, financial reporting, risks / issues and mitigations, and resource capacity Identifying and reporting project risks and issues, risk mitigation tactics and progress Giving visibility of resource capacity, competency, and availability for all stakeholders Ensuring each project has a real-time, realistic resource schedule in place to accommodate changes and conflicting prioritie HR Projects Forum – manage a monthly forum to provide an approval gateway for HR projects, delivery of project updates, resource capacity, and an escalation route for projects requiring urgent attention. HR Project Delivery – implement, monitor, and deliver key, complex, strategic HR change projects across Epson Europe. Establish the project organisation and supervise project teams (including third parties when necessary) to ensure project objectives are realised – including cost, quality, time, and communication. Change Management – establish and manage change management processes; provide support and training on best practice across HR. HR Project Support – act as the subject matter expert for all HR related project management processes and ensure application of best practice, including new ways of working such as continuous improvement, lean and agile principles. What we ask for: Experience of managing multiple milestone projects in a pressured environment In depth knowledge of Project Management tools and techniques Ideally experience of delivering projects or PMO responsibilities in an HR environment Experience of developing structured ways of working and processes Strong relationship management experience, evidence of building, establishing, and maintaining all stakeholder relationships Excellent communication and influencing skills Excellent questioning skills to establish project status, risks, and issues and impacts Excellent planning and organisation skills and the ability to multi-task effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills We are keen to hear from you even if you don’t match all listed requirements, but you identify with our brand and passion for innovation.
