- Knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Experience with Agile methodologies and process improvement
- Excellent negotiation and data analysis skills
- Strong stakeholder relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and MS Visio
- Experience in a government or public sector environment
- Familiarity with corporate/public regulations
- Strong organization, project planning, and time management skills
- Proven ability to adapt to changing needs within the organization
