Project Manager Informal Security Wfh (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex, technical projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to outline project requirements, including necessary staffing and deliverables.
• Oversee daily operations of projects, providing stakeholders with consistent updates on progress and performance.
• Proactively identify project risks and devise strategies for risk mitigation.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet compliance requirements and quality standards prior to client presentation.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
• Work with the Engineering Manager and BizOps Lead to optimize operational processes and minimize bottlenecks.
• Identify opportunities for upselling services to maximize client value.

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of project management experience, specifically in service delivery or consulting.
• Familiarity with security protocols, blockchain, or distributed systems services.
• Proven ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
• Strong skills in identifying and pursuing follow-on service opportunities.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing risks.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in relevant fields such as security or blockchain technology.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
