Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients by supporting all facets of project engagements from the inception of strategy to the final delivery of results.
• Direct and supervise the project team, ensuring tasks progress in alignment with set milestones.
• Facilitate communication with IT stakeholders through regular meetings to promote collaboration and efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and assist in the creation of a roadmap for forms modernization workflows, as well as continual management and enhancement.
• Identify key success metrics and potential risks, evaluate the effectiveness of modernized forms, and establish project baselines.
• Undertake detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses to discern trends, unveil opportunities, and produce actionable insights.
• Contribute thought leadership by formulating recommendations and solutions derived from analytical findings.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and proactively addressing potential risks.
• Collaborate with small project teams to deliver innovative, feasible solutions and foster an environment of teamwork.

• Specialized knowledge of IRS digitalization initiatives, IRS publishing operations, and familiarity with IRS Digital & Mobile Adaptive Forms (DMAF) would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within team settings to achieve results, especially under tight deadlines.

Compensation And Benefits

• Base Salary Range: (90,000 – )165,000, commensurate with experience.
• Minimal travel is anticipated (0-10%), with the possibility of occasional increases based on business requirements.
• Full-time exempt position offering a hybrid work schedule.
• Occasional light lifting of items up to 15 pounds may be required; primarily sedentary duties.
