Management Science, which identifies and structures all aspects of human life into a
comprehensive architecture.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing localization project plans that define the scope, objectives,
deliverables, timelines, resources, and risks associated with the project.
- Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the project, including coordinating resources,
assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the project is on track to meet its
goals and objectives.
- Continuously monitoring the project’s progress and making adjustments to the project
plan as necessary. Ensuring that project risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated.
- Preparing and presenting regular project status reports to stakeholders, including senior management, project team members, and external partners.
- Coordinate multiple localization projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to
schedules and quality standards in accordance to standard guidelines.
- Managing project team members, including assigning tasks, setting expectations,
providing guidance, and resolving conflicts.
- Managing the project budget and ensuring that project costs are within budgetary
constraints.
- Ensuring that project deliverables are completed and that the project is closed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and to capture
lessons learned.
- Ensure localized materials maintain high standards for accuracy, cultural relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
We expect you to:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business administration, project management, or engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams across cultures.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Experience using project management software.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet
deadlines.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (nice to have).
