Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance the efficiency of delivery operations, coordinating with trucking teams to optimize routing and logistics.
• Manage billing processes effectively, ensuring that all invoices are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
• Collaborate seamlessly with logistics personnel, drivers, and customers to address and resolve any delivery or billing challenges.
• Analyze data to pinpoint areas for operational improvement within logistics and billing workflows.
