Job Overview

We are in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented Oracle Project Manager to spearhead the successful execution of technical projects and client partnerships. In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless delivery of projects, uphold client satisfaction, and cultivate robust relationships. Your leadership will be pivotal in guiding cross-functional teams through the comprehensive stages of planning, design, development, testing, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and sustain detailed project plans that encompass milestone dates, timelines, resource allocation, interdependencies, and budget considerations.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables align with client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Facilitate collaboration among technical teams, clients, partners, and vendors to guarantee effective communication and project success.
  • Provide direction and support throughout the phases of planning, design, development, testing, training, and implementation of technical projects.
  • Define and oversee project scope, objectives, assumptions, and problem statements, ensuring clarity for both clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs), client budgets, timelines, and resource distribution.
  • Deliver consistent project updates and reports, including RAID Logging (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions) and overall project status (e.g., red, yellow, green).
  • Communicate and manage potential modifications to project scope or timelines, coordinating change orders when required.
  • Establish and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a reliable advisor and supporter of their business objectives.
  • Attend and lead client Project Review and Client Review meetings, discussing project performance, quality assurance processes, and areas for improvement.
  • Transition clients to a managed services model, ensuring ongoing support and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to promptly address client needs.
  • Manage internal billing processes in accordance with client contracts and SOWs, including regular reviews of resources and timesheets.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance client success.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects and accounts in a technical or professional services setting.
  • Strong background in consulting, including managing suppliers, resources, and client relationships.
  • Proficient in overseeing technical project development and delivery.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple large accounts and complex projects effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • 7-10 years of pertinent industry experience, particularly in large engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
