Job Description Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management for the delivery of strategic People Ops initiatives of all scales of scope and complexity. You will be responsible for all key project deliverables to ensure delivery on-time, within budget expectations, and to achieve desired outcomes and results. Working closely with your Regional Product Deployment teammates, People Operations Team and other project team members, you will participate in all aspects of the planning and implementation of prioritized initiatives for the business. You will be accountable for project execution in alignment to all defined scope, milestones, and will be responsible to mitigate all key risks to project delivery.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • You will manage prioritized projects in support of the People Operations strategy, including but not limited to implementing new processes, improving and simplifying existing processes and tools as well as business transitions through acquisition integration, divestiture support, reorganizations, and affiliate conversions.
  • End-to-end accountability to partner with key stakeholders to define project scope, timeline, cost, and key outcomes.
  • Build and utilize functional knowledge of Payroll, Benefits and systems and analytical thinking to execute project work.
  • Mobilize internal and external project resources, facilitate dialog, and coordinate activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify, raise and document key decisions, project risks and mitigants, and coordinate issue resolution plans which impact project delivery.

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar educational background which demonstrates experience working in HR Operations/Service Delivery in a multi-national company or large corporation roles.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects in Human Resources & HR Operations Project Management.
  • Advanced experience in Project Management which demonstrates end-to-end project and outcome delivery.
  • Prior professional work experience with demonstrated achievement and leadership in regional HR, and/or Operations/Service-oriented environment.
  • This job may require occasional travel to other locations.
