LA is seeking a full-time Project Manager, Print Production to collaborate with our passionate team of creative directors, artists, account executives, and more on projects with the best clients across the entertainment industry. This person will be key in maintaining cross-departmental communication, while keeping our internal Production team aligned on campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment in the entertainment industry. They will be detail-oriented and deadline-driven and have the ability to demonstrate exceptional time-management and project management skills.
This is a Remote position, with a preference for candidates based in the Pacific Time Zone.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts, Project Management, and/or Coordination within an agency environment (entertainment preferred)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time, while paying strict attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to utilize project management platforms (preferred Wrike experience)
- Ability to follow the strictest of security and confidentiality measures
- A passion for the entertainment industry and the ability to be up to date on trends

- Thecompensation range for this position in the selected city is $65,000-$70,000annually.This range is dependenton a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, location, prior experience, and education

Utilization of technology:
- Proficiency with various computer software and tools and project management platforms (e.g., Wrike), is indispensable. This entails precise manual dexterity and adept eye-hand coordination
Multi-tasking:
- The role demands adept management of multiple projects concurrently, necessitating the ability to prioritize effectively and seamlessly transition between tasks while upholding meticulous attention to detail
