What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Act as the liaison between quality departments and product division departments to implement quality initiatives
• Resolve urgent and complex customer quality issues promptly and professionally
• Lead risk analysis activities for new and existing products and services
• Develop and implement innovative quality programs to improve outcomes for customers
• Analyze customer-specific quality data to identify trends and engage strategies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in quality, marketing, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in project management
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
