What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and utilize detailed spreadsheets and computer models for rate and cost of service evaluation
• Manage cost of service, rate development, and financial analysis projects
• Coordinate and direct project analysis activities of department staff
• Interact with clients to discuss project issues and present project results
• Conduct research on electric utility rates, marketing programs, and regulatory proceedings

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics
• Minimum of 7 years of work experience in the utility industry
• Experience in electric utility cost of service and rate design
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access)
• Effective oral and written communication skills for client interactions

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Advanced degree and/or certification (e.g., Professional Engineering, Certified Public Accountant)
• Demonstrated supervisory skills
• Working knowledge of SAS or similar statistical software
