Summary of Position:
This position entails providing organization, planning, direction, management, and reporting for assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will coordinate with site personnel and collaborate with various departments including Manufacturing, Technical/Engineering, Operations, HR, and Finance. The role requires a willingness to spend the first 1-3 years in the European Union to thoroughly understand the business and its processes before relocating back to the United States.
Responsibilities
- Plan projects from ideation to approval to delivery.
- Direct and collaborate with a team to achieve the desired goal.
- Delegate work effectively.
- Manage resources (people, time, cost).
- Monitor progress, identify risks and potential derailers.
- Manage documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a Technical field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Project Management
- 2-3 years of Civil Engineering experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models
- Knowledge of building and construction
- Knowledge of insulation manufacturing a plus
- Working knowledge of SAP a plus
- Proficient in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
