Location: Dallas – TX USA or Remote on USA

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • and analyze product performance metrics making data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of product goals and requirements.
  • Develop and present product plans progress reports and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly within the Pharmacy Benefit Management domain.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and competitive landscape to inform product strategy

Key Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in product management with a focus on Business Analysis & Planning Requirements Gathering Agile and Product Backlog Management.
  • Exhibit excellent communication collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Show proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a hybrid work model.
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Be adept at stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 11/15/2024

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 to 141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
