Role Overview

As a Project Manager at KodeKloud, you will be a key player in driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our educational technology projects. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless coordination of resources, timelines, and project objectives to meet our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
• Review content on a daily basis, ensure the quality of content and a good learning experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Work with team members in different time zones
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors/trainers, and clients to ensure project alignment and progress.
• Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular project status meetings(stand-ups), and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and cohesive team environment, promoting accountability and driving results.
• Continuously evaluate project performance, building reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

Requirements

• Project Management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification is a plus. (A Computer Science background is a big plus)
• Proven experience (min. 2 years) as a Project Manager in the technology or EdTech industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g. ClickUp).
• Ability to adapt to using ClickUp project management tool setting out and creating projects and project reports.
• Ability to hold team members accountable and to follow up on actions setup.

Edtech knowledge

• Passion for education and a commitment to enhancing learning experiences through technology.
• Good understanding of technology/computer science fundamentals, ability to learn quickly.

Daily toolset skills and capabilities

• As KodeKloud is a google suite based company, knowledge of working within the google suite – Google docs, sheets and presentations is key. Also from time to time we use Microsoft office excel, power point and word so being flexible with both applications is key.

Personal skills

• Flexibility to work with teams across different time zones
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Planning for calls and joining all calls on time.

Physical requirements

• A reliable solid internet connection that facilitates joining calls via camera with team members and trainers from all over the world.

Good To Have

• Experience running agile fashion SCRUM standup calls.
• Experience in project management within a DevOps environments
