Role Description

We are looking for an IT Project Manager for a full-time remote position to join our team of professionals. If you are a good team player, you are familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and have experience working in a tech team. If you are an ambitious individual who can work under your own direction towards agreed targets and goals, if you have the ability to manage the changes – then we need you!

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Control project execution, deliver on time, within the scope and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Provide day-to-day management, monitoring, and control of project activities.
• Lead and direct the team, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals, roles, and responsibilities.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
• Identify and resolve project issues/risks.
• Ensures that project team members understand both their own and the overall project responsibilities.
• Create and maintain all the necessary, comprehensive project documentation.
• Reporting to Senior Management.

Our Requirements:

• Up to 2 year of proven successful project management experience in a tech team.
• Expertise with Asana or similar task management system.
• Experience in Agile Project Delivery and SCRUM would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Being proactive and work independently.
• Good command of English.
