Project Manager (Remote)

In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring smooth delivery on time and within budget. Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans with clear timelines, resources, and activities for successful delivery.
• Track progress to align with goals and take corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate team activities to meet objectives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare presentations by compiling information from different departments.
• Maintain project schedules, including Gantt charts, to track progress.
• Use project management tools like Asana to track client status and manage deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Producer to manage project resources and budgets efficiently.
• Ensure deliverables meet required standards and implement client feedback before final delivery.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar Project Manager role.
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
• Location: Based in Europe, with a preference for candidates familiar with the Spanish market.
• Strong skills in project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana and Gantt charts.
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Availability to travel as needed.
