Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Project Manager. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
About Product:
Finteqhub is a PCI DSS certified payment gateway for online businesses, providing integration with payment systems via a single software platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Development and Engineering teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clarifying requirements and ensuring smooth communication
- Champion Agile practices, while planning and maintaining a clear and strategic project road map
- Lead by example with a servant leadership style, empowering your team to perform at their best
- Provide stakeholders with crucial data for product development planning and decision-making
- Manage and maintain tools like Jira, Confluence, and reporting dashboards to support the team’s processes
- Contribute to our internal knowledge base and improve our development processes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in leading, motivating, and mentoring teams of 20+ members
- Proven track record of managing IT teams and launching teams or departments from scratch
- Strong background in leading and delivering projects in a software development company
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and expertise in team scaling and reorganization
- Solid grasp of servant leadership principles with natural skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and promoting continuous improvement
- Adaptable and capable of thriving in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
- A decisive problem solver with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
