What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead project planning sessions to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Oversee the development and implementation of project plans using MS Project
Provide guidance on Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

10 to 14 years of experience in project management
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and project planning
Proficiency in using MS Project for project management
In-depth knowledge of Pharma clinical processes and Pharmacy Benefit Management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working with McKesson Clinical standards
Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively
Familiarity with continuous improvement initiatives in project management
Experience in conducting regular project reviews and providing status updates to senior management
