What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Plan and oversee the building process of various construction projects from start to finish
• Support day-to-day operations by problem-solving, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and resources to meet construction goals consistently
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other workers to provide weekly project progress reports
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality control, and building codes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Construction Project Management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate from PMI
• Strong interpersonal skills including leadership, team building, and communication

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working with federal government agencies
• Familiarity with Elevator and Mechanical Systems (EMS)
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects
• Additional certifications in project management or related fields
• Experience in a remote working environment
