Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Oversee the entire product life cycle, from requirements gathering to product release 
• Define and ensure strict adherence to best practice development methodologies 
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress and deliverables 
• Guarantee the timely delivery of all projects while maintaining high quality standards 
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project/product development teams 
• Play a key role in project budget planning, forecasting, and execution 
• Actively participate in company-wide process improvement initiatives

• Project Management Methodologies: Deep understanding and practical experience with various project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.  
• Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks. Ability to develop comprehensive risk management strategies to ensure project success. 
• Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets effectively, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial constraints. 
• Project Management Tools: Familiarity with a wide range of project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA 
• Resource Allocation: Skill in optimising resource allocation and workload distribution across teams, considering skillsets, availability and project priorities.
• Scope Management: Proven track record in defining project scope, managing changes, and ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations. 
• Stakeholder Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively engage and manage various stakeholders, and maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Performance Metrics: Skill in defining and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success and drive improvements.
