- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes
- 10 to 14 years of experience in project management
- Strong expertise in Agile Methodologies and Project Planning
- Proficiency in using MS Project for project management
- In-depth knowledge of Pharma clinical processes and Pharmacy Benefit Management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with McKesson Clinical standards
- Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management practices
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to excel through autonomy
