Who you are and what you’ll do

As a Junior Project Manager at Mappedin, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our suite of products to new and existing customers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving them from initiation to successful completion. You will report to the Director, Customer Implementation but will also strategically align with a Sr. Project Manager to support your success. 

What you bring

+ Product and Customer Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on Mappedin’s suite of products, understanding all project nuances and customer needs.

+ Project Leadership: Lead and facilitate all project meetings, both internal and external, establishing clear timelines and dependencies.

+ Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure milestones and deadlines are met according to requirements.

+ Risk Management: Identify potential risks or challenges throughout the project lifecycle and proactively address them to minimize impact.

+ Communication: Regularly communicate project updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.

+ Quality Assurance: Assist in the creation and ensure quality assurance of new venues, applications, and integrations, handling escalations that may impact project timelines.

+ Global Support: Be available to support international accounts across different time zones and occasionally travel as required.

Because of this, we can’t guarantee exactly what you’ll be working on three months from now but we can guarantee that you will be working on high value projects that will foster your growth along with Mappedin’s.
