Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience managing software projects with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of projects, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders for technical feasibility.
• Manage resource availability and allocation, leading cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
• Manage relationships with third-party providers and vendors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques.
• Measure project performance using relevant tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.
• Perform risk management to identify and mitigate potential impacts on project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, managing appraisals, onboarding, and other administrative activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in managing projects with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen in project management and planning with experience in project management tools and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
• Great written and verbal communication.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a bonus.
