Project Manager (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion. The ideal candidate will lead project teams, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise.
• Prepare and present reports on project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
