Role Overview:

The Project Manager is accountable for leading cross functional projects, delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget, to realise expected business benefits and outcomes in support of organisational goals. As part of the core Transformation team, they will be responsible for supporting one or more projects through some, or all stages, of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

•     Project Planning and scoping

•     Project delivery and execution

•     Risk and issue management

•     Budget and resource management

•     Governance and compliance

What we’re looking for include (but not limited to):

•     Bachelor’s degree in project management or equivalent practical experience managing multiple projects in an organisation undergoing transformational change and a relevant professional project management certification such as PRINCE2, APM (Association for Project Management), or PMI (Project Management Institute) credentials.

•     At least 5-7 years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably within relevant industry sectors, across all stages of the project lifecycle.

•     Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to scope, with strong risk management skills.

•     Experience in leading cross-functional teams, working in matrixed environments, and managing both internal and external stakeholders.
