As we continue to expand and take on exciting new projects, we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team. You will ideally hold SC or DV clearance for this role.

Job Brief

• We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in agile methodologies and a keen interest in AI, Op model design & the efficiencies technology can have for clients.
• The successful candidate will oversee and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within time, budget, and quality constraints.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement necessary mitigations.
• Foster a collaborative and agile working environment to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
• Understand client requirements and utilise technology to develop effective strategies, plans, sourcing, and solutions.
• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding.
• Use your expertise in data management to ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and any deviations from the plan.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Create methods, playbooks, and ways of operating for wider engagement teams.
• Utilise your expertise and experience to drive successful outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Project Manager / Consultant in client facing roles
• Proficient in agile methodologies, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• SC or DV clearance ideal for this role
• Attention to detail and a high level of organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project priorities.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits

£55,000 – £80,000 + healthcare, pension, share options and more

We work on a remote basis unless required on-site by the client
