Project Manager (Remote)

Byte-Code SpA is looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join our team based in Milano, Italy.

Who we are

Byte-Code SpA https://www.byte-code.com/ is an Italian (Milan) based technology development firm. We have expertise in digital product development, software engineering, web, mobile, and cloud architectures.

We both conceptualize and develop our own digital products and offer custom development of web and mobile platforms for organizations across different industries.

About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for supporting our teams to deliver and manage eCommerce projects for different clients.

This includes managing resources, schedules, financials throughout the project development life cycles to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

You will contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery. You will have to run the project on a day-to-day basis and verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.

What you will do

• Manage all aspects of a given project, potentially including requirements gathering, business case creation, and implementation as necessary depending on the scope of the project

• Develop resourcing strategies to ensure optimum support for projects and day-to-day delivery activities, address resourcing issues as needed

• Participate in defining the Statement of Work and Specifications in pre-sale phases

• Ensure that the scope of the project aligns with business priorities

• Understand and collaboratively manage risks and inter-dependencies with other projects

• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across all the stakeholders.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Support enhancing of delivery standards & methodology (best practices, templates, policies, tools)

What are we looking for

• Experience in delivering eCommerce project(s) is preferable

• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective

• Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment ( technology, business, and digital marketing)

• Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities

• Good knowledge of English

What we offer

• We offer a permanent contract 40h/week.

• 
  Remote working is allowed, but the availability to reach our office in Milan is required.
