We are working with an exciting software and services company who are looking to hire there first Project Manager based in the UK.

This position provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, mission-focused company with an entrepreneurial flair. We are in search of an energetic, hands-on business project/programme manager who can effectively translate great ideas into actionable steps while leading the team along the way. You’ll be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing projects, assisting with the delivery of initiatives (mini projects), and offering general coordination support to the CRO (including consolidated reporting). This varied role will give you valuable exposure to senior leadership, as you will be integral to achieving our strategic goals.

You will be working accross multiple divisions this company has so you will have to be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience working with sales and marketing teams implementing new processes, systems and reporting is essential, with international experience a bonus.

Responsibilities –

· Lead and manage projects and initiatives from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with the CRO’s objectives and/or strategic delivery objectives as appropriate.

· Develop and execute comprehensive programme and project plans aligned with organisational goals and objectives, working in collaboration with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

· Establish good governance structures and ensure adherence to project management methodologies, including regular project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.

· Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.

· Allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.

· Communicate programme updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

· Work with key stakeholders to build change management and engagement in to the heart of each project.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, vendors, and senior management and executives.

· Address stakeholder concerns and ensure alignment of expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

· Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members to maximise productivity and results.

· Drive process optimisation initiatives and implement best practices to enhance programme efficiency and effectiveness.

You need to have at least 5+ years proven expirence in project/programme management, overseeing sales and marketing projects from initiation to successful closure. Ideally had expirence working in a technology/services business.

Pay: £45,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
