- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, translating customer needs into actionable project plans
- Develop detailed project plans outlining specific processes and timelines for implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to align project objectives with company goals
- Create customized solutions for clients, continuously assessing and adjusting to meet performance metrics
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Proven working experience in project management, preferably in technology or AI-driven environments
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box for innovative solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus
- Working knowledge of SmartSheets, Jira, and other project management tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
